Foreland Aviation SA (PTY) LTD is primarily an aircraft parts Owner / Broker, fulfilling the needs of our local and international customers. Our facility is based adjacent to OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg, South Africa) within a High Security Facility (National Key Point). We have a significant number of commercial aircraft parts, tools and equipment for sale and “in stock”, however we are always willing to locate what you need. In addition, we offer warehousing and storage space to our customers.

Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched “On Time” provided payment is validated/received before 14:00 hours. Should the product not be in stock we will inform you of our planned shipping date excluding freight transit time. This will allow for acquisition time and delivery to our warehouse. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Foreland Aviation SA (PTY) LTD will contact you and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Delivery Policy / Purchase of Goods

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Should the Financial Manager not be available please contact the Senior Partner / Member eddieb@fa-sa.com Shipping Goods will be shipped according to the instruction of the purchase. You are required to ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Undeliverable packages Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. All costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Order processing Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment into Foreland Aviation SA (PTY) LTD Bank. Once we have received your payment, we will contact you and proceed with your transaction.

Refunds/returns Policy

No monetary refunds what so ever shall be processed unless agreed by and in writing by the Foreland Aviation Senior Partner. Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase, you will be liable for a 20% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to Foreland Aviation SA (PTY) LTD undamaged and packed in accordance with aviation regulations in the original packaging within 14 calendar days at your own cost. * Note: Foreland Aviation SA (PTY) LTD recommends that you use an internationally recognised courier such as DHL or Fedex for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR) using the Rate of Exchange as specified by Standard Bank of South Africa on the day of transaction. Foreland Aviation SA (PTY) LTD shall furnish you with an Invoice detailing the full amount to be paid. Any Item not expressly included in the invoice is by default excluded from the applicable transaction.

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards via our online “Make Payment” portal. An additional charge may be applied for all Credit Card payments (See your Quotation and / or Invoice).

Security Policy

1. Virtual Card Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.
